Commnetivity is a hybrid content management system and framework developed to satisfy the unique challenges of the next-generational website portals currently being designed and deployed by it's programmer. This highly sophisticated, yet very small set of scripts offer unprecidented access to new programming techniques that is currently changing the way people think about website development on the enterprise level.
